We can only change what we acknowledge and understand, so let's start to hear the fear and feel the hurt so we can process it and grow something new.

When you are, take out your journal or device (or download the PDF below) and let’s start with some inquiry. Write down and answer the self-inquiry questions below:

  1. What does a crisis mean to you? How has a current of past crisis impacted your life? What fear voices have been stirred up and on repeat?

  2. What old story rooted in fear keeps repeating? eg., mine circles back to self-doubt when I am afraid of being too visible.

  3. Let's get curious and listen to the words and energy this story is revealing. Do your best to write about it in detail so you can feel the energy it is holding.
